Objective
The Business Consultation website aims to improve government consultation with businesses, associations and individuals, by providing more access to a range of information and reviews undertaken across government.
Goals of Business Consultation
- To improve consultation with Australian businesses, associations and individuals.
- To make it easier for businesses, associations and individuals to be informed about new consultations.
Significance for Australian business
By using the Business Consultation website, businesses, associations and individuals can be notified of new business-related consultations posted on the website and can also request to be involved in direct consultations by government agencies.
A single registration allows users to select the amount of times they would like to be consulted each year and how they would like to be consulted based on the industry or topic that interests them.
Overall the website makes it easier for businesses, associations and individuals to stay informed and have their say on business-related policy and regulation that may affect them.
