Portfolio Budget Statements facillitate the understanding of proposed annual appropriations in Appropriation Bills No. 1 and No.2 2004-05.
Part A provides an explanation of the purpose of PB Statements as well as information about the structure, style and conventions used.
Part B provides a brief overview of the portfolio.
