Tips on completing your application
We use the written applications to shortlist people for interview and to assess your written communication skills. Take the time to present your online application (our first impression of you!) professionally. Here’s some tips on how to do this:
- Presentation counts! 'Check' for spelling mistakes, missing words, poor grammar and bad punctuation before you press SUBMIT.
- Use good examples to demonstrate your teamwork, initiative and adaptability/flexibility. Think about the whole range of your life experiences to find the best examples, from recent years, to use.
- Don’t exceed the word limits indicated.
- And most importantly, answer the question that’s being asked!
