Pay
Graduates undertaking our 2009 Graduate Development Program will be paid a competitive salary of $46,974.
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be advanced to a salary of $56,998 and will then have the opportunity to apply for further promotion through merit-based selection processes. |

Conditions

Note: A non-smoking policy during working hours applies to all employees in all workplaces of the Department.

- Standard working day of 7 hours and 30 minutes
- Flexible working hours
- 4 weeks annual leave

Also, Graduates joining the program from interstate will be provided with assistance to relocate and temporary accommodation for up to 21 days while they find permanent accommodation.
