Pay

Graduates undertaking our 2009 Graduate Development Program will be paid a competitive salary of $46,974.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be advanced to a salary of $56,998 and will then have the opportunity to apply for further promotion through merit-based selection processes. 

Conditions

Note: A non-smoking policy during working hours applies to all employees in all workplaces of the Department.

Also, Graduates joining the program from interstate will be provided with assistance to relocate and temporary accommodation for up to 21 days while they find permanent accommodation.

And after the completion of the program, graduates have access to generous studies assistance for continued professional development.
