The Alcoa Pinjarra efficiency upgrade project is one of nine Supplier Access to Major Projects (SAMP) Case Studies.  The world's largest and most efficient alumina refinery will open late in 2006, when the $550 million Alcoa World Alumina Australia Pinjarra facility upgrade is finished.  With more than 90% Australian content, the project has provided a major economic boost to Australian companies and suppliers.
