Higher Education Support Act 2003 Guidelines

The HESA provides for subordinate legislation in the form of Guidelines to contain administrative matters or details relating to particular higher education funding programs.

• Student Learning Entitlement Guidelines
  These Guidelines will be revoked in line with the abolition of Student Learning Entitlement from 1 January 2012. Any ongoing relevant material will be transferred to the Administration Guidelines.
