Independent analysis of Higher Education Funding
The Department of Industry, Innovation, Science and Tertiary Education commissioned Ernst & Young to conduct an independent validation of Departmental calculations of funding per Commonwealth subsidised student place. The Ernst & Young report analyses the impact of Government reforms in response to the Bradley Review. The report compares the level of actual funding with what would have been provided had the reforms not taken place.
