Australian companies have been awarded a number of JSF contracts to date, with more expected as a result of the industry facilitation efforts of Government and the Industry Capability Teams (ICTs). As opportunities arise throughout the Program, Australian companies continue to progress the appropriate export licences with the United States to capture such opportunities.
The Australian aerospace industry is technically advanced, cost competitive, maintains world-class security and quality accreditation standards, and will continue to receive contracts and work opportunities in various areas where relevant capabilities exist and export licences are in place.
