The Australian Government's 'JSF Industry Team' is represented by the Departments of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research and Defence, and works to maximise Australian industry opportunities in the US$200 billion JSF Program. The Departments advise on JSF policy, government strategy development and briefing, negotiate with the US Government, prime contractors and JSF Program Office, provide support to the Industry Capability Teams and the JSF Industry Advisory Council, and act as points of contact and referral for industry. "Team Australia" is a partnership of the Australian Government and industry to pursue JSF opportunities.
