The Future Manufacturing Industry Innovation Council's focus is on innovation-intensive, high technology, high value-add, high-skill, export-orientated manufacturing.
The Council’s primary role is to provide advice to the Portfolio ministers, champion innovation in manufacturing and help to build connections between government and industry stakeholders.
Council members are leaders in innovation from business, the science and research communities, unions, professional associations and the Australian Government.
