ACIL Tasman has been engaged to conduct an independent evaluation of the Commercialising Emerging Technologies (COMET) Program. COMET was established in November 1999 to assist early-growth enterprises and individuals to commercialise an innovative product, process or service.
The evaluation of the COMET Program will analyse, report and recommend any improvements which could be made to the program under the following themes:

the ongoing appropriateness of the program;

the efficiency of the program in delivering the program outputs (including customer satisfaction); and

the effectiveness of the program in achieving its core objectives.
