An evaluation of the Industry Capability Network Limited (ICNL) and Supplier Access to Major Projects (SAMP) Australia programs was conducted by the then Department of Industry, Tourism and Resources in 2007.  The evaluation examined the appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency of the programs and how they accord with the objectives of the 2001 Australian Industry Participation National Framework.  An Executive Summary of the evaluation report is available for download.
