It was prepared by the department in consultation with the Australian Research Council.
The Australian Government intends that the results of Transparent Costing (TC) and ERA will modify the allocation of SRE funding.
The paper examines design principles for the inclusion of ERA in SRE funding for 2012 and 2013.
