Purpose and Objectives

This Agreement provides the terms and conditions of employment for employees of DITR who are employed in classifications below the Senior Executive Service in accordance with clause 1.3 of this Agreement.

This Agreement replaces those of 2000-2003 and 2003-2006, and builds on the initiatives contained in those Agreements. It has been negotiated and developed with the full involvement of all employees and will operate until 2009.

The purpose of this Agreement is to foster the following objectives:

  • DITR is regarded as a professional, independent and high performing organisation that delivers results;
  • DITR has efficient and effective management systems and procedures; and
  • DITR is seen as an organisation that offers a high quality and rewarding working environment.
