The following report (published September 2005) outlines the key issues, drivers and uncertainties for the future of the Australian medical devices industry, and provide major initiatives that the industry can take to grow and remain internationally competitive to the year 2025.

This Report was prepared by Professor Ron Johnston, Executive Director, Australian Centre for Innovation. While the Australian Government provided financial support for the preparation of this report the Australian Government does not necessarily support or endorse its contents.
