Employment History:
- Employed in the Footwear manufacturing and wholesale industry since 1979 in various roles;
- 5 years in footwear design and manufacturing engineering;
- 10 years footwear manufacturing operations – supervision / management;
- 6 years general management positions;
- 8 years and currently, Managing Director of one of Australia’s largest footwear manufacturing operations.
